CCST have conducted many clinical research projects, involving healthy volunteers and patient subjects from a variety of disease groups. Adding to our expertise by bringing in specialists from multiple fields whenever required.

Since establishment in 1999, CCST has conducted over 224 studies which are summarised in the chart below. We have become known as a centre of excellence for Phase 1  healthy volunteer and renal impairment studies, as well as collaborating with a wide range of specialties at Christchurch Hospital to carry out disease group studies.

The healthy volunteer studies have ranged from entry-in-human single ascending dose trials to bioequivalence/food effect studies. Many of these studies have been “critical path” for the sponsors and CCST has been able to meet the timelines on all occasions.
