  • A randomised, parallel-group, dose-ranging study to evaluate efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics and antiviral activity of an IMP and existing products in patient subjects with chronic hepatitis C.
  • A randomised, double-blind, placebo controlled, ascending single dose study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokenetics and pharmacodynamics of an IMP in healthy subjects and subjects with Psoriasis.
  • A phase one placebo controlled, randomised, double-blind combined single and multiple asscending dose study to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokenetics and pharmacodynamics of an IMP in healthy subjects.
  • A phase two, multicentre, double-blinded, placebo controlled, multiple dose study to evaluate safety, tolerability, efficacy, pharmacokenetics and pharmacodynamics of an IMP alone and in combination with an existing product in subjects with Cystic Fibrosis.
